Terms of use

These terms apply to the prints you buy from the Mapceline shop on Etsy and to this website. Etsy's terms also apply to every purchase.

Digital product

Our digital listings are digital files, not a printed poster or a frame; no physical item is shipped. Frames and walls in our photos are for illustration.

When we offer printed posters, they are printed and shipped by our print partner Gelato, and the shipping times and terms shown in that listing apply.

Personal use

Your files are for your personal use. You may print them as many times as you like for yourself or as a gift. You may not resell, share or distribute the files or the designs.

Your order

Each map is made to order from the details you give us and delivered within the time shown in the listing. Please check your spelling; we design exactly what you write. We are happy to send a preview and to fix any mistake we made.

Refunds

Because every file is personalized, we do not accept returns of digital files. If something is wrong with your map, message us and we will correct it. Etsy's purchase protection applies as described by Etsy.

Maps and data

Our maps are made from open data such as OpenStreetMap and may contain small inaccuracies. They are decorative art and must not be used for navigation.

Designs

The designs, styles and photos are ours. The places, names and words you give us remain yours.
